Campbellsport Project

Located in the Northern Kettle Moraine area of Wisconsin, this home is nestled into the rolling farmland community. Being unique was a primary goal of this contemporary home’s design. The clients wanted to have a structure that would meet their needs for a home but was not typical for the Midwest. Views were important in the layout of the home because the house was positioned on the top part of a ravine directly to the south of the structure.

Lake Michigan Estate

This project is located in the Grafton area on a bluff that overlooks Lake Michigan.  The exterior façade uses traditional elements from Georgian, Palladian, and Tudor styles.  The blending of the styles produces an exterior that is European in nature but not necessarily classified as one particular type but rather more eclectic.

Oconomowoc Lake Project

This project is located on the easterly shore of Oconomowoc Lake.  It has one of the nicest locations to take full advantage of lake views, sun direction, and out-buildings that I have ever had the privilege to be involved with.  The architectural style of this home I will call Oconomowoc Eclectic.  This term simply means that it borrows details from a variety of other home styles creating its own one-of-a-kind style.   Not shown in the pictures and located closer to the lake, is a Lake House that was torn down and rebuilt using the same footprint size.  The new Lake House incorporates many of the same architectural details as the primary home structure has.

Weston Hills Project

Located in Brookfield Wisconsin, this home was carved into the steeply sloped hills of the Weston Hills subdivision.  The architectural style of this house is classic Arts and Crafts.  The architectural detailing and color scheme are consistent all around the building.  A particular challenge for this project was the sloping lot itself.  The rear of the lot is the high side and it slopes down to the front.  The challenge was how to make a 2-story house with exposure on the front elevation not look overly imposing when you drive by it at street level.

Brandybrook Villa Collection

Located in Wales, Wisconsin, Brandybrook Villas is a planned community next to the Legend at Brandybrook golf course.  Each Villa is designed as a single family condominium unit with a common area in the middle.  These 6 projects, including the common area timber framed Gazebo, are a collection that A.D.S. Inc was involved with.  Each Villa was designed in the European style of French Country.  When completed, all Brandybrook Villas will have European style architecture tying the community together with old world charm.

This is a grouping of 4 projects that we designed and were constructed at Braden Preserve subdivision in the City of Brookfield, Wisconsin.  Each project is independent from the other and each was designed specifically for the new home owner and their desires.  Each project had its own challenges but all of them turned out beautifully.
