This project is located high on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan in the Mequon area. The architectural style of this home is Mediterranean with classic detailing through-out. It is a 2-story structure with a full exposed rear or lake elevation. The abundant use of windows on the lake-side elevation makes for a spectacular view of Lake Michigan on any clear sunny day.
Pewaukee Lake Project
Located on the shoreline of Pewaukee Lake, this home combines the architectural styles of Cottage, Shingle, and Contemporary into an eclectic yet elegant gem. The bold red, contrasting white, and interesting use of architectural detailing makes it stand apart from the surrounding residences. Although still under construction, this residence is already getting a lot of people’s attention. It is nestled into a sloping wooded lot in an established neighborhood in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. Care was taken to design the house around 100 year old oak trees that are now the featured view from inside the home’s Library bay windows. The architectural style is predominantly French Country but does have a few contemporary features, more so in the interior details than in the exterior.
Under Construction in Mequon
This residence that is still under construction is being built in a prestigious subdivision in Mequon. The architectural style of this home is eclectic using classical European details as inspiration. The use of stone, stucco and a simulated slate roof warms the exterior façade to give it an old world charm and craftsmanship reminiscent of a building that would have been built over 100 years ago. When completed, this residence will be stunning. Guests will be amazed by the abundant built-in amenities that one would not expect.
Bristlecone Project 2
Located around the corner from the clubhouse of the Bristlecone Pines golf course and facing the 13th hole, this French Country inspired residence makes quite a statement. Inside and out, care was taken to carry the architectural details throughout. Although larger in scale than some of the neighboring properties, lowered roof lines and stepped facades downplay the buildings size. The use of natural exterior materials and classic colors also contribute to the home’s success in not overpowering its location. The interior has all the amenities and fine detailing that would be expected in a home of this caliber plus much more.
