Conservancy Project

Located on one of only a few conservancy lots in the City of Brookfield, this project posed many challenges.  Since it was a conservancy lot, stricter FAR requirements were imposed and the area of disruption around the building was also regulated.  The home is an L-shaped Mediterranean style structure with an in-ground swimming pool tucked into the L at the rear or south side.  This home incorporates traditional Mediterranean details both inside and out.  The curved stair tower, two-story Great Room, and screened in Patio w/ built-in bar and fireplace are only a few of the impressive spaces this home has to offer.  The open floor plan concept and large rear patio with in-ground swimming pool makes this home perfect for entertaining family and friends.
