Delafield Office Building

This commercial project is located on Milwaukee Street in the City of Delafield, Wisconsin. The building was constructed new in the older historic part of downtown Delafield. Historic colors, style, materials, and scale were all incorporated into the building’s design to fit seamlessly into the existing neighborhood. Surrounding buildings were predominantly residential type structures which dictated the look of the new office building. It is a 2 story structure that is elevated on the site to provide windows to the 3rd or Lower Level of the office building. Preliminary design, construction documents, plan reviews, and securing the building permit were all part of A.D.S.’s scope of work.
