Loomis Medical Office

This commercial project is located on Loomis Road in the City of Greenfield, Wisconsin. The building was constructed new after the existing building on the property was removed. A.D.S. Inc provided full architectural services for this project and was involved from preliminary concept drawings through to occupancy of the office. Directing it through the City departments, plan reviews, and securing the building permit were all part of the scope of work. Brick and stucco were used on the exterior to give the building clean lines and to require minimal regular maintenance. Planning the parking, green space, and the storm water retention pond were also part of this project’s challenges that A.D.S. was involved in
